To see the entire history of correspondence with visitors, click on “My chats” and select “All chats” from a drop-down list. Then switch to the “All” tab.

To see the history of correspondence of a certain operator, click on “My chats” and select an operator whose history you’d like to see.

When opening a chat, you can see the whole history of correspondence with a particular visitor.

Please note: On the Free plan, the history of correspondence is stored only for 60 days. On the Pro and Unlimited plans, the history of correspondence is unlimited.
