Desktop notifications sent to you

If you are at a computer and you run a desktop application or a web version of Chaport, you will receive a desktop notification when a new message is received.

You can change the notification sound in your account settings.

Desktop notifications sent to visitors

If a visitor is at a computer and your website is open in one of the tabs of his / her browser, he / she will receive a desktop notification along with a new message.

You can change the notification sound for visitors in Settings → Appearance.
