To enable operators to continue to be displayed Online and receive chats when they are available only on a mobile device, specify their “Working hours” in their account settings. The working hours are based on the time zone set on the operators’ devices.
You can also turn on the “Status auto-toggle” setting. With this setting on, an operator status will automatically change to Online at the beginning of the day and to Invisible at the end of the day.
