The Working Hours report shows how much time your operators spend in the app.

The time period during which an operator was online is highlighted in green. If the operator’s status was “Invisible”, the time period will be displayed in transparent green.

You can see the stats by day and week. In the “Week” tab, you can click on the corresponding circle to see the data for a specific day.

To view the report, go to Reports → Working Hours.
