Visitor info fields are the fields that contain information about your website visitors. You can view and edit this information in the “Visitor Info” section to the right of an open chat. 

To customize visitor info fields, reorder them, or add new fields, go to Settings → Visitor Info.

To edit a field, delete, or hide it, click on the i icon to the right of a field. A hidden field has an icon with a crossed eye and doesn’t appear in the “Visitor Info” section. Note that some of the default fields cannot be edited, hidden, or deleted. 

To add a new field, click on the + sign in the upper left corner or on + Add new field at the bottom of the page. You can find more information about adding new fields in the Custom fields article.
